Join me for a 3-day yin yoga training, December 4-6, 2026 in Seattle, WA. This experience will offer 25 hours of teaching, shared learning, and embodied practice as we explore the Indigenous wisdom of yin yoga.

  • Drawing upon the lineages of yoga and Daoism, yin yoga offers a rich tapestry of inquiry and refuge in the midst of a fast-moving world. Whether you seek to stretch and hydrate your connective tissues, work with your energy, soothe your mind, or drop into a deeper place of wisdom and intuition, yin offers something for every body. 

    • Introduction to the history and lineage of yin yoga, and where we fit in this genealogy 

    • Some fundamentals of yogic philosophy, Daosim, and Traditional Chinese Medicine

    • Energetic and anatomical basics of yin poses, with a focus on fascia, meridians, and the chakra system

    • Breath and meditation practices to support trauma-informed spaces

    • Nurturing your spirit and community as a practitioner
